>Which of these ingredients are exclusive to vegan meat replacements and will give you cancer?
That was never my statement, Mr. Goalpostmover.
Also, everything will give you cancer if you apply enough. But I see a lot of "protein" there, which is not necessarily extraced entirely mechanically.
What we also don't see here of course is the amount of -cides (yes, "Bio" approved -cides are also toxic) used in farming, which is analogous to your "antibiotics" argument. Also, saturated plant oils are BAD BAD BAD, which you conventiently ignored here.
What I can't say anything about though is how they manage to make that shit stay in shape, i.e. whether it is all mechanic and just pressed or by employing e.g. enzymatic processes.
Oh, and btw, Ascorbinsäure, for example, has an E number (E300). I already thought that several kinds of (natural) acids like lactic acid and acetic acid can be an additives (because they are just additives, not necessarily terrible CHEMICALSSSS), as can other very natural (and even by themselves in that foodstuff occurring compounds) substances. Alginate and Agar-Agar also have E numbers, as do Pectins and, interestingly, hydrated rapeseed oils, and methyl cellulose, another ingredient you posted. There's certainly more, just look up the additives list and you will find a lot more. You must be really dumb if you think "organic" food producers are not as scummy as others.
Really the only thing I can give you is the mistreatment of animals in industrial meat production, which is why I rarely eat indsutry meat anymore anyway.
Everything else is just your starved ideology-damaged brain.
