Post whatever music you like. I start with Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, for the betterment of the world. :3
On with disc 2. The video to "Kira Kira Kira" is pure kino, btw.
For one instant, Bernd was like "What's this spam.". Then Bernd saw "Oh, mp3, all have the same cover.".
This Bernd likes Kalafina. Four of the best ones attached.
>>238 That was disc 3 and the whole album.

>>274 Very interesting music!
Bernd likes this much.
Why isn’t flac supported
>>3444 Just forgotten to accept audio/x-flac too. Should now work.
On the surface, Maggie Rogers embodies everything I loathe about modern female Pop. She's a progressive poster child who stumps for the Democratic Party, cites feminist theory like scripture and serenades a liberal middle class audience hellbent on transforming America into a political monoculture. My inner Carl Schmitt demands the friend/enemy distinction, but I sheath my sword for her. Beneath the activism lies something rarer than ideological alignment: raw humanity. Surrender sounds like a private journal blasted through stadium-sized hooks. Energetic and upbeat songs like "Shatter", "Want Want" and "Overdrive" hit with fuzzed adrenaline while "Be Cool" exhales into groove-cooled calm. Other songs like "Anywhere With You" and "Begging for Rain" drip with melancholy without being maudlin. Nothing stagnates; even the quiet tracks stay in motion. Maggie's resonant purity inspires building futures or collapsing into into the arms of someone who loves you after a brutal day. All told, it may be the most unapologetically human album ever to breach the radio.

>>4376 through >>4382 Why is Rechtsrock so cringe? >>>/rvss/
>>4383 Your IB just attracted one of the worst posters, RAC-Bernd, on Kohl he also spammed this trash
>>4385 He can go back to Kohl then. I don't know what RAC stands for, I guess IB is image board?
>>4386 Are you trolling? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Against_Communism
>>4388 No, why would I know that? Communism ceased to be a major thing around the time I was born. Also, sounds like an embarrassing "no you" counter against rock against racism.
>>4392 >No, why would I know that? Allgemeinbildung. >"no you" counter against rock against racism That was it, yes.
>>4383 >>4385 You cocksuckers tried to send me away multiple times but I always persisted. Sharing music that draws responses is a passion of mine, and if it's got something to say, I'm all the more for it. >worst poster Die seething.
>>4400 >Mom, I've done it again. I've been such an insufferable person on the internet that people have responded to me!
>>4402 How am I worse than anyone else? Politics notwithstanding, I'm sharing music hoping for engagement and opinions on the media shared. Were I truly rank a shitposter, I would've dumped several albums without regard. Instead, one album of outstanding quality was enough for me to share and hope for a discussion. Obviously, this isn't to your taste, but perhaps someone else will have something substantive to say. I can start my own separate thread for those who wish to ignore me.
Some kraut rock which I feel very. It's about work routine and how it feels so dull.
berlin music during weimar republic. I like the manly voice of the woman. Usual during this time.
modern berlin music I like the mix of polca and electronic
>>4466 I like her music very much. You should check out her live albums, they're terrific. Kaneko Ayano One Man Show 2022 Autumn - 9.26 Kannai Hall and Kaneko Ayano Billboard Live Onemanshow 2023 - 15.12 Billboard Live OSAKA

The percussion is obnoxious and the electronics are grating. This sounds like something you take while on DMT. >>590 I appreciate the sentiment and it's a fun shitpost song, but it needs a proper arrangement beyond this demo recording. Not likely happening but would be cool if it did. >>596 >Threat Signal Sounds like Metal for people who like music from OverClocked Remix. Normally, this style of Melodic Metalcore would put me off, but this actually has grooves and a vocalist who isn't a complete wuss. Much better than most music in that vein. 8/10, would spin again. >Scars of Life I would've vibed with this more in high school than I would now. The vocalist is way too wussy, the riffs cycle through radio-friendly tropes and sound like a D-list opener for a bigger act. 5/10, could be worse. Pedestrian and mediocre. >>3440 Pretty neat. Not quite my style, but promising. >>3449 Very soulful. >>3729 Wish I liked Alcest. >>3746 Ugh, no. I hated this Hipster Pop then and time has not softened me. >>3891 One of the highlights ITT. i like these guys, saw them life in germany once
I awoke in a sweat from the American Dream They were loading the bomb bay of the iron bird Giving their blood to the Doomsday Machine I screamed into the wind my goodbye to the world It was dark in the desert so we walked through the night The vessel was waiting where we had been led An awesome machine to tear through the sky The last exodus from the land of the dead We are swimming in the lunar sea Drowning in insanity Look to the shore you will see Your leaders were lying Nobody's driving! Upon the horizon is the Earth I once knew Now a red ball of light suspended in space So we erected a stone on the shore of the sea As a grim epitaph to the lost human race We are swimming in the lunar sea We are drowning in insanity Look to the shore you will see Your leaders were lying Nobody's driving! I awoke in a sweat from the American Dream They were loading the bomb bay of the iron bird Giving their blood to the Doomsday Machine I screamed into the wind my goodbye to the world We are swimming in the lunar sea We are drowning in insanity Between the devil and the deep blue sea Our world is dying And nobody's driving!

For me it's the 80s post punk and wave. Also 90s metal. Also electronic music if not too simplistic.
>>7049 Also Prog Rock. But the vinyl collection is mostly Metal (Death and Black), then 80s Wave and Post Punk, then Prog.

from a soviet collection of electronic reinterpretations of classic pieces certainly the best tune on it
>>7474 > molchat doma is it just post punk in general? russians are good at that stuff, it's like germans and techno.
Also would appreciate slow danceable tunes like these if anybody has them. If they're extremely poppy, that's a bonus actually.

Current musings: Metallica's Black Album is the only Metal album to ever go Diamond in the genre's entire history. >inb4 Linkin Park, AC/DC, ZZ Top, Def Leppard, Kid Rock, Guns 'n Roses, Van Halen None of those bands' albums that went Diamond are Metal. Def Leppard stopped being Metal after On Through the Night, and the rest are either Hard Rock, Hard Alternative or Nu-Metal (that's a misnomer; it's not Metal).
In 2025 people forgot this masterpiece.
>>9536 That's not a sign of quality though, is it? NSYNC also went Diamond, as did the Dirty Dancing soundtrack.
>>9626 It's less a comment on the quality of the album itself and more about the band's staying power. If you notice, the vast majority of legacy Metal bands have rapidly aging audiences, but Metallica has consistently been able to pull in newer and younger generations of fans in part from embracing media but also from recognition. Few bands can speak to that.
>>9659 that's because most people like shit metallica sucks ass and megadeath fugs them in half without even trying
>>9660 Dave Mustaine is a talented performer, but the contempt he had for his own audience from canceling tours in his prime to openly feuding on top of being an egotistical ass ruins much of his reputation. He was coasting on his laurels by the time he released Cryptic Writings, and Endgame, while decent, pales in comparison to anything released between 1985-1994.
>>9536 Hard to rank my all time favorite Metallica songs, but if I were to pick, they'd be the following in no particular order: "Seek & Destroy", "Motorbreath", "Metal Milita", "Fight Fire with Fire", "Ride the Lightning", "For Whom the Bell Tolls", "Trapped Under Ice", "Creeping Death", "The Call of Ktulu", "Battery", "Master of Puppets", "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)", "Disposable Heroes", "Blackened", "Dyers Eve", "Enter Sandman", "Holier Than Thou", "Nothing Else Matters" If forced to choose one and only one, it would be a big toss up between "For Whom the Bell Tolls" and "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)"
Someone asked me what my favorite Metal solos of all time were. It's difficult to narrow it down to just 10, but here's a rough approximation of solos that still resonate with me. I've got plenty more but others should speak up ITT: Autopsy - Slaughterday: https://youtu.be/cC0RKuO8RZM?t=150 Manilla Road - Dreams of Eschaton: https://youtu.be/CPAYS-jMyVc?t=390 Slayer - The Antichrist: https://youtu.be/tdt6-jJ1_Ew?t=72 Iron Maiden - Die With Your Boots On: https://youtu.be/eeJu_eQPKKI?t=180 Judas Priest - Exciter: https://youtu.be/1tlEa0rDZbM?t=77 Mercyful Fate - Welcome Princess of Hell: https://youtu.be/m9ue9jSaIrE?t=115 Venom - Bloodlust: https://youtu.be/3qbwnDd5yOo?t=25 Obsequiae - Orphic Rites of the Mystic: https://youtu.be/F_DllA61I8Y?t=182 Dio - Evil Eyes: https://youtu.be/WmybXptjADo?t=92 Bathory - A Fine Day to Day: https://youtu.be/_ghJQzNDihA?t=406
IMO, this is at least the best album of the 2020's by far. Nobody sounds like this band, they make and use a bunch of odd instruments and do odd genremashing. The lead of the band writes about a lot of shit like Kaczinsky and naturalism; The Gift is about the curse of smartphones. Salamander has probably the hardest ending to a song I've ever heard.
>>10937 Sounds like King Crimson if metal and insane. Would you mind posting the full album?>>10937
>>10937 >Nobody sounds like this band Neptunian Maximalism might be up your alley.
>He's a fisherman >He checks his fishing nets >Examines the catch of the night >But he brings nothing home >He's a fisherman >He checks his fishing nets >Scrupulously the whole night >But he brings nothing home I really like this guy's music. He combines a lot of gritty and melancholic stuff with Christian conviction and a level of comfiness that just makes a perfect combination.
The Flies You just sit here at the end of the hallway This isn't your room, this is room eight You rumble in from under the loading platform You open your mouth once more before you pass out "Oh Mr. Sebaot have mercy on me! Oh, father Abraham have mercy on me!" And then he passes out Does his business on the floor, says: "Such is nature" And then it's the flies' turn
>>10960 Good call, Bells for Kith and Kin even has a part that sounds like part of Larks' Tongues in Aspic; will post the rest of the tracks >>10974 Never heard of them, but I like it already, thanks Will check them out more fully a bit later
>>11024 Thank you for posting
On a lonely walk this morning A light mist in the air Dark clouds laughing at me in silence Casting shadows through my hair In the distance I saw a woman Dressed in black with eyes of grey She wore her pain like a shackled spirit Eternal life was her debt to pay The lady wore black It's the sign of a prisoner's lives The lady wore black See the years through the tears in her eyes The lady wore black Her mystic power calls to me The lady wore black Her love could set me free Woah-oh Oh no The wind song whispered a warning Telling me to beware Of the quiet shadowed woman And of the sadness I would share We sat for sometime together in silence Never speaking in words Of all her thoughts she spoke with her eyes And I listened remembering all I heard The lady wore black It's the sign of a prisoner's lives The lady wore black See the years through the tears in her eyes The lady wore black Her mystic power calls to me The lady wore black Her love can set me free Yeah, oh no The words she spoke were of forgotten lives And of all knowledge gained Memories I had but didn't know why With a smile she explained I should've listened to the wind's cold warning And walked the other way I touched her soul and now I bear her sentence But for her love, I'll gladly pay The lady wore black It's the sign of a prisoner's lives The lady wore black See the years through the tears in her eyes The lady wore black Her mystic power calls to me The lady wore black Her love can set me free The lady wore black It's the sign of a prisoner's lives The lady wore black See the years through the tears in her eyes The lady wore black Her mystic power calls to me, oh The lady wore black Her love can set me free The lady wore black The lady wore black The lady wore black...

>>12433 What album should I check out if I want to get into Queensreich? And are the vocals always like this?
>>12879 The self-titled EP, The Warning, Rage for Order and Operation: Mindcrime are all their best. Everything else is either just okay or kind of shit. Personally, I'd start with the EP.

Steady as a rock, I stand, I wait With eyes that see, but eyes that can't erase Hands that hold, but hands that can't embrace A creature longing for some saving grace Oh, and I have long since seen the Sun It set along the banks when I was young Oh, and it's been long since you've been near But fate was never kind to us, my dear So, send me out to space and cut me free And like a satellite, just look for me Oh, and if there's darkness in your sight I'll be in the corner of the night Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah We live, we grow, we die, it snows The rotation, the Earth, the Sun We write, we read, we love, we need We need, we need, we need, I need I need, I need, I need, I need I need Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, oh-woah Oh-woah, woah Oh So, send me into space and cut me free And like a satellite, just look for me
>>10661 Can't argue with these choices. Nice to see Obsequiae here. On the top of my head these solos came to mind as my favorite ones: Maiden - Caught Somewhere In Time https://youtu.be/PzUI3-lJmEA?si=xaLVTv8Ygw0uWq_R&t=204 Difficult to pick a favorite between this and Heaven Can Wait. Very emotional at times. Priest - All Guns Blazing https://youtu.be/Wfyupe_412I?si=8ev0TqdXRbR6-p1H&t=73 Priest have so many awesome solos. I really like the guitar tone here. maudlin of the Well - Girl With A Watering Can https://youtu.be/6pa6VhaD0P8?si=ofxi9COolCCF6tZi&t=375 One of the few solos, that feel really emotional and ethereal. Guitar tone is insane, too. King Diamond - Arrival https://youtu.be/Ms_JY-DuItY?si=Zh17IQBEGHG5r2ub&t=142 Again difficult to pick a favorite. I really like the effects LaRocque is using here. Mercyful Fate - A Corpse Without A Soul https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLZT2Kjp9YE It's just so badass to start a song with a longer solo. Somewhere I read, that it was partly improvised or even fully. Savatage - The Unholy https://youtu.be/16fzpFT12cw?si=cGqtuxQg1_2LIP3a&t=178 The short solos at the beginning and the end are also very impressive. Sacred Blade - Moon https://youtu.be/dohE4-oj82o?si=Vn8OVAPqNP5eONva&t=165 Half the song is just a very cool atmospheric solo. Very unique imo. Voivod - Korgüll the Exterminator https://youtu.be/9RH3Zqo0Sm8?si=n4AoeBPyRgC8tsQm&t=137 Some wild soloing from Piggy here. So fast and raw. Havukruunu - Kuoleman Oma https://youtu.be/tcrd7p544ps?si=Xrup0wQ8JfA1IIin&t=220 Probably the best solo parts in black metal. Second solo is even better and very beautiful.
>>13508 >Sacred Blade You, Swissbro, are my nigga. I'm shocked anyone else, especially on an imageboard, has heard of them aside from the users at Metal-Archives. >maudlin of the Well For me, it's Bizarre Flowers / A Violent Mist: https://youtu.be/4BQdWWlxT9s?&t=407 >Iron Maiden Somewhere in Time is an awesome album. For me, it's "Deja-Vu"
Do you listen to biologically female musicians? If so, what do you look for? Do you prefer singers or instrumentalists? What vocal ranges move you the most, and what kind of lyrics strike a chord with you? For me, I put a premium on the aggressively heterosexual: women who sing with meaning, not with irony or kitsch. In romance, I want lyrics that sound like they genuinely long for a man, to love him, marry him, maybe even bear children with him but without falling into greeting-card sentimentality. I like singers rooted in their traditions and culture, without it becoming hackneyed. I also value singers who don't wallow in bitterness over exes but sing about the now: the living, the soulful, the worth-hearing. At the same time, I'm drawn to singers who can embody genuine pain: not maudlin, not crippling despair, but the pain of standing at a crossroads, feeling lost, helpless, or in need of rescue yet still with something to say. I'm also drawn to singers in awe of their surroundings, whether it be landscapes, traditions, or the sheer mystery of being alive. Women who sing as if they're small but radiant within a larger world are special to me. More than anything else, I treasure sincerity. A few examples of what I mean: - Anneke van Giersbergen: crystalline, soaring vocals that balance vulnerability with strength. - Maggie Rogers: grounded in roots and folk traditions, yet able to channel longing and energy without irony. - Dolores O’Riordan: haunting in both tenderness and anguish, the voice of someone singing through and against pain. - Rose McDowall: eerie, tragic beauty; love songs that sound like spells cast with sincerity. - Julie Fowlis: tradition made living, her Gaelic folk songs tethering modern listeners to something enduring. That's the spectrum I gravitate to: women who sing with conviction — of love, of pain, of place — voices that feel rooted, radiant, and timeless.
Might as well use this opportunity to post my lassie.
I am grateful that places exist that largely cater to the lust of this eras music.
>>13656 what would you say about PJ Harvey? I mean she's mostly known for her romance and collab with Nick Cave, but I personally don't like him she at the same time has several nice songs of her own

>>13682 Covers almost always sound too uncanny to me An exception would be the Paranoid cover by Type O Negative
>>13690 I do have to admit that I'm quite fond of Billy Idol covers and they can't be edgy enough.
>>13669 >what would you say about PJ Harvey? I just listened to "Bring You My Love" and "Down by the Water". Neither tune do much for me, and her voice is annoying. I never really checked her out at any length and was quite remiss to do so on account of her fandom.
Not really music. But I want to share it :)
Have some PJ Harvey outside of any Nick Cave shenanigans.

>>13951 from what you've posted Want Want and Shatter are nice the others are too slow or ballad-like for my taste
>>13768 I love how the vocalist creates a unique atmosphere. Btw. I saw Blaze Bayley perform the entire X Factor album yesterday and it was surprisingly good. Afterwards there was a band called Remember Tomorrow playing Di'Anno songs with some of the earliest Maiden members. Very cool to see early Maiden stuff live.
This is one of the best live sets I ever listened to
So it appears Taylor Swift's new album The Life of a Showgirl is receiving decidedly negative reviews: https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/taylor-swift/the-life-of-a-showgirl The overall score as of this post places the album in the same league as St. Anger and Results May Vary. In Metallica's case, the release of St. Anger coincided with the band's then-feud with Napster, on top of their squandering goodwill with Load and Reload, so perhaps that album was doomed from the start. TLoaS was hyped to death for months, where even major network news ran stories on its release. What's shocking to me is that even Swifties are hesitant to so much as praise it faintly. The most they'll say is that the opening track is solid, but the rest of the album ranges from mediocre to dogshit.
>>14130 I can say with confidence that to this day I couldn't name a single of her songs, or that I were aware of ever having heard one of her songs. In fact, the only occasions I ever came into contact with Taylor Swift were some shitty (AI) fakes of her, though I really don't get the appeal, my boss being a huge fan, and seeing some Taylor Swift coloring book or whatever in a bookstore.
>>14136 I only know haters gonna hate because it's a meme. No idea if that's the name of the song though.
>>14130 >>14136 yeah, Taylor Swift is beyond comprehension. I mean there are US-only enjoyed bands like Beach Boys, Dolly Parton, or the whole country music genre - I won't listen to it but I can understand it why Americans love them Taylor Swift's popularity is so weird. just like Beyonce's.
>>14147 >or the whole country music genre - I won't listen to it but I can understand it why Americans love them Country "clicked" for me when I went beyond mainstream stuff and also realized that country is for the white man what rap is for the black man. It even works on all levels. For the sake of good country though let me post some stuff I personally enjoy.
>>14156 >>14147 ...and just to be clear: I am mainly talking about the lyrics here
>>14130 I think many Swifties are closest lesbians and are jaded by her relationship with that big smelly brute. If only Tay tay would give them a chance instead.

Apart from my darling, I've lately been relistening to The Cure. Haven't listened to them in years, but boy, how sweet it feels, especially as the months grow gloomier. Oh, I miss the kiss of treachery The shameless kiss of vanity The soft and the black and the velvety Up tight against the side of me And mouth and eyes and heart all bleed And run in thickening streams of greed As bit by bit it starts the need To just let go my party piece I miss the kiss of treachery The aching kiss before I feed The stench of a love for a younger meat And the sound that it makes when it cuts in deep The holding up on bended knees The addiction of duplicities As bit by bit it starts the need To just let go my party piece But I never said I would stay to the end So I leave you with babies and hoping for frequency Screaming like this in the hope of the secrecy Screaming me over and over and over I leave you with photographs, pictures of trickery Stains on the carpet and stains on the scenery Songs about happiness murmured in dreams When we both of us knew how the ending would be So it's all come back round to breaking apart again Breaking apart like I'm made up of glass again Making it up behind my back again Holding my breath for the fear of sleep again Holding it up behind my head again Cut in the deep to the heart of the bone again Round and round and round and it's coming apart again Over and over and over And now that I know that I'm breaking to pieces I'll pull out my heart and I'll feed it to anyone I'm crying for sympathy, crocodiles cry For the love of the crowd And the three cheers from everyone Dropping through sky Through the glass of the roof Through the roof of your mouth Through the mouth of your eye Through the eye of the needle It's easier for me to get closer to Heaven Than ever feel whole again But I never said I would stay to the end I knew I would leave you with babies and everything Screaming like this in the hole of sincerity Screaming it over and over and over I leave you with photographs, pictures of trickery And stains on the carpet and stains on the memory And songs about happiness murmured in dreams When we both of us knew how the end always is How the end always is How the end always is How the end always is How the end always is How the end always is Always is Always is The world is neither fair nor unfair The idea is just a way for us to understand But the world is neither fair nor unfair So one survives, the others die And you always want a reason why But the world is neither just nor unjust It's just us trying to feel that there's some sense in it No, the world is neither just nor unjust And though going young, so much undone Is a tragedy for everyone It doesn't speak a plan or any secret thing No unseen sign or untold truth in anything But living on in others, in memories and dreams Is not enough, you want everything Another world where the sun always shines And the birds always sing Always sing The world is neither fair nor unfair The idea is just a way for us to understand But the world is neither fair nor unfair So one survives, the others die And you always want a reason why

>>234 Some of Kalifinas' songs are nice, like Magi. >>271 Interesting, I like Celtic music. >>272 Bleh. >>274 Bleh. >>275 Not as bad but not good. >>276 >>278 >>279 >>280 Boring. >>282 I hate it, it's loud and bad. >>287 Average. >>596 I hate it, it sounds like 2007, or something like that I remember there being music like that that I hated around that time too. >>3440 Okay I guess. Second is boring. 3rd is weird and not very good. 4th one is boring. >>5494 Boring echo rock. >>5616 Boring generic metal music. >>6248 Finally some good music. Quite emotional and powerful but holding of a certain dignified energy in the face of certain death. His voice is really good as well. >>6249 Another Marvelous song. Sakurako brings a lot of energy. >>6982 It's good.
>>14275 > also that is obvious auto tune. It's not. They were a local band who I've talked to and watched them set up their equipment. It's just vocal distortion.
>>7049 Neutral. >>7427 Very good. >>7475 Boring. >>9220 Neutral. >>9238 Neutral. >>10695 Ehh. >>10937 Bad. >>10980 Boring. >>10984 Boring. >>12433 Bad. >>12811 I love this one. >>12950 1st is bad, I don't like Vocaloids. 2nd is bad generic German old pop. 3rd is bad. 70's Metal or rock or whatever. 4th is neutral. >>13200 Amazing. >>13203 Also amazing. KC has really bad taste in music...
>>14327 Show us your favorites then, faggot.
>>14328 To be truthful, the ones that I said were good were ones that I actually posted.
>>14329 What's the point of posting if you only like your own stuff? Shilling?
>>14347 I listened to the songs in this thread hoping to find good music. Don't blame me If I can't do that and only the things I posted are good. Blame yourself.
>>14349 >don't blame for having shit taste and being a dumb mass replier ok
>>14349 >Blame yourself. Why would I? Haven't posted a single song.
>>14327 Well, your taste is pretty much diametrically opposed to mine.
What music does Bernst listen to while wörking?
>>14491 Nothing special. Just random stuff I want to get to know. Currently I'm listening to new albums mostly.
>>14491 No music on the clock, but this past Summer I've been listening to Christian stuff while commuting.
>>14491 Rather something subdued and instrumental so I can concentrate and hear the phone ringing.
>>14491 It depends on my mood and what I'm feeling, but in general, Metal features regularly into my cardio sessions. As for when I'm working on a project, I need silence.
>>14551 >not having you work phone set to some loud and annoying sound so anytime someone calls you're taken out of everything you're doing
I still believe in God But God no longer believes in me There's a crystal view from my window And I can see years to come I live for the burn and the sting of pleasure I live for the sword, the steel, and the gun I can tear down the walls, storm the barricades Run to the place where the frightened crawl Desire lurks beyond good and evil So I dance on the graves where the hallowed fall Over this land All over this wasteland Over this land All over this wasteland You can touch, but please keep your distance You're innocent and pure and with no shame The spirit is willing, and the flesh is craved You tease and you taunt with the pleasure of pain Over this land All over this wasteland Over this land All over this wasteland Heaven and Hell, I know them well But I haven't yet made my choice I'm feeling scared 'cause I'm shouting loud And no one can hear my voice I'm walking the tightwire, can't look down Strung out high, above you all Fateful wind blows through this land Howls my name, heralds my fall Over this land All over this wasteland Over this land All over this wasteland Over this land All over this wasteland Over this land All over this wasteland She's got her head in the clouds She's got the stars in her eyes And she's dancing With a dream in her heart She's got the wind in her hair Moon child shining bright And she's dancing With a dream in her heart Severina, Severina She believes in angels She believes in will of the Gods And she's dancing Amongst the magic dust She believes in the midnight trance She believes in love is the law She's dancing Amongst the magic dust Severina, Severina Star child Baby born of heaven Severina, Severina She's got a heart full of promise She's got a hand in her heart She's dancing By the light of the moon She's got a head full of secrets Sworn to the faith of love under will She's dancing By the light of the moon Severina, Severina She's a gift to the Gods She's dancing Severina, Severina, Severina Let me come inside your ivory tower Let me come inside your hallowed walls God, it's heaven in here Fix me with your hand of praise Fix me with your touch of precious thrills Your fingers dance across my skin Reaching out for the pride of man Hand in hand, flesh in flesh We're walking through the fire of love Breath by breath, and flame by flame We burn till the sun rises and shines hot Love comes gushing, love runs free My love comes all over you My love comes for you Love me to death, my flower Run barefoot through my hair Naked on my lips Love me to death, my precious Smother me with kisses Drown me in your waves of falling sweetness Hold me dear, bury me deep Bless me with your word of savage honour We love more by fate than design So give me your hand and I'll gladly give you my life A flower, that sways in the breeze You must be stronger than the winds that blow you away Blow you away Love me to death, my precious Run barefoot through my hair Dance wild on my lips Love me to death, my flower Lay me down on your bed of petals Cover me with your honey, my blossom Love me to death Love me to death Love me to death, my flower Love me to death, my treasure Run barefoot through my hair Dance wild on my heart Love me to death, my precious Love me to death, my love Tarnish, taint and punish me softly Softly love me to death Love me to death
He's got thirteen channels of wrestling Comin' in strong from a satellite send Two hundred function remote control Big screen TV with stereo Football, baseball, NASCAR too With picture in a picture it's all in view And if it comes on just a little too late With his VCR's he'll get it on tape He's a high-tech redneck Mayberry meets Star Trek He's a bumpkin but he's plugged in He's a high-tech redneck He's got twenty sub-woofers in the bed of his truck A thousand watts of power and he keeps it cranked up He ain't into hip hop, he ain't into rap He likes to rattle them speakers with Ronnie Milsap CD, cassette, and digital tape A CB and radar and scannin' short wave And if he needs to talk to his honey at home He just dials up her number on his cellular phone He's a high-tech redneck Mayberry meets Star Trek He's a bumpkin but he's plugged in He's a high-tech redneck He's a high-tech redneck Mayberry meets Star Trek He's a bumpkin but he's plugged in He's a high-tech redneck I TOLD YOU I'D BE BACK
>>14906 > digital tape The only result I get for that is digital MEASURING tape. Sure is high tech, but doesn't seem to fit in with the other stuff in the song.
Just managed to listen to the SGM album. I really like it, it's delightfully weird. Save It! sounds exactly like Mr. Bungle.
Do Börnds like Argentinian stoner rock?
>>13465 comfy. I bring two very different singers: Chelsea Wolfe (goth, folk, sludge) and Joanna Newson (best described as art pop?). Wolfe being a more recent discovery for me, very expressive and wide range. While Newsom's Pin Light Bent is a beautiful reflection on mortality.
>>15657 Chelsea did some nice collabs with King Dude
>>15659 Not familiar with him or the collabs, anything specific I should check out?
>>15662 Sing Songs Together & Sing More Songs Together
Also I've been living under a rock so I only discovered Noisia had a new (2022) album out a few weeks ago. And I rediscovered stuff in my backlog that now feels almost like a new Kryptic Minds release to me.
>>15667 I like. Downloaded. Let's have some 80s.
>>15657 I was never too keen on either. Both are hipster darlings, but being associated with them wasn't a cause for my aversion.
I catch me switching to this song way too often since I added it to my playlist.
>>16070 I like both quite unironically
