I admire taste and discretion. Ink should be well illustrated and strategically placed (NOT ON THE CHEST, NECK, HEAD, HANDS OR SHOULDER BLADES), but not everyone has the right skin tone for ink. You need to pass the ivory soap test. If you're any shade darker, don't get inked. Also, constellations of incongruous doodles look retarded. And, for fucks sake, don't get pop culture tattoos. Those are absolute trash. Yes, this one breaks that very rule with several pop culture tattoos. I forgive her. She's too cute, and she has a beautiful body.

This one, to me, does it right. Although her ink isn't particularly colorful, it's confined exactly to the extremities.

There is little that makes me cringe harder than video game tattoos.
