Is there any abandoned place close to where you live? When was the last time you entered an abandoned place?
There was an abandoned hospital we 'explored' as children. They built appartments there by now. Also an old factory where we smoked weed. Appartments there now too.
There’s an old abandoned university that was used by the DDR youth organization FDJ and afterwards as a congress center, there’s also a Goebbels villa near there
Propably the biggest abandoned building in the world.
>>6382 Ah yeah I forgot about that. In September they do tours through it on a couple of days, apparently it was booked out quickly
When I was in high school I had this goth friend who liked to go into abandoned houses and graveyards. We mostly went to this abandoned hospital or rehab clinic on the beach, but in a secluded area far away from the main beach so it was pitch black and the interiors were straight out Silent Hill, with hospital bed and equipment still in, and where the urban legend was that the ghost of nurse appeared. The main game was to stay outside and go in one by one to the roof and signal for the next, from there, the roof was full of pentagrams and usually blood and black feathers, btw. But in later visits we'd have grown so used to it that we would mostly drink on the roof and play hide and seek
I visited an old silver-lead mine that operated from about 1880s-1920s. It was interesting. They dug a hole 140m deep!!! I was too scared to go very close to it even though it had railings. They also processed and smeltered the ore. There was a buildings that ground up the ore and separated it from other things, then there was a buildings that baked the ore to remove other things from it and then there was another building that turned it into silver-lead Bullion, then people with donkeys took the bullion to a nearby port and they shipped it off to where it needed to go.
>>6381 Where? How kino it was?
>>6477 It’s in Wandlitz at a lake called Bogensee: https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jugendhochschule_%E2%80%9EWilhelm_Pieck%E2%80%9C https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_Bogensee I didn’t actually enter the buildings, but the people who did even crawled through some narrow corridors or something. They only took some old porn magazines though, I think.
>>6382 I read about the cyber brutalist convention center. But it's not abandoned and ruined right? I read that there are some exhibitions there and some films use it as location
>>6485 What a depressing read.
Lots of abandoned bunkers and castle ruins but nothing to write home about
