ch Bernd 2025-08-29 15:27:54 Nr. 7759
What mouse is Bernd using? This Bernd uses picrel at the moment, but soon has to get a replacement.
This unironically, got it for free from my employer
>>7760 My employer gave me a similar or the same one, but I refuse to use it. I'd rather buy my own.
>>7761 Why? If you're not a pro gamer it doesn't really matter what mouse you use
>>7762 Maybe I'm just autistic but I don't like the feel.
This but I might get a new one soon as this is wearing out and not ideal fir my current set up.
>>7763 Forgot to add: in addition to the feel, I want the two "back" and "forward" thumb buttons.
I got a MX510 and a MX518. The MX510 is 21 years old and got a lot of repairs over the years, the MX518 is around 7 years old (It's the re-vamped "Legend" edition), and still going strong. Repairs are: MX510: replaced scroll wheel, replaced pads, replaced top and bottom shell in the. MX518: replaced pads, replaced switches (for Huano Silent White Dot. If I ever need a replacement, I'd like to have something almost identical. The problem is, Logitec doesn't make them anymore, and I don't know which one is the closest in shape, etc.
>>7759 I've love those fat hump style Logitech MX mice like your pic, but I've owned multiple in the past and every single once has succumbed to unusable button failures within a few years. Both phantom clicks firing at random and (usually the wheel button) no longer consistently registering. I can't bring myself to pay their ridiculous prices to have my heart broken like that again. So I'm using cheap chinese knockoffs whose wireless receivers probably rooted my computer.
